    今日の

    Hey guys,
I'm still super busy but I figured if I can make time to sit in my bed and laze around the computer I can make time to write a quick (real) blog post.
Today I woke up around 10am after staying up till 2:30am or so. I'm super smart can't you tell? :P My mom made french toast so I had one and a half pieces of that.
After that I haven't accomplished much, though I should bed. I heard the song I previously posted on the radio and so I got on my computer to post it. It seemed to fit me well. I read a post by my friend, checked my Facebook notifications, attempted to talk to Mnonaa on Skype, checked an art website I'm on...etc.
Now it is time for productivity! Watch me accomplish nothing. I need to shower, clean my room (or at least clear my floor) and get ready for the costume party tonight!
I'm going to wear my thrift-store wedding dress, black lace up boots, black cloak, and then Yumi is going to lace me into one of her black leather corsets. I'm going to be a Vampire Slayer/Hunter so I think I should find a cross or something..... Fail. Well I did kind of just decide yesterday and the party is tonight sooooo. Ahaha. I'm kind of excited and kind of nervous.
Anywhoo.... I also have homework to do. And I need to do it. And not put it off. Like I always do. Yeah.

I think I'll start with a load of laundry interwebz.

    Work Day

    Happy Labor Day!

This is going to be a quick post but here it is. :)

Today I got up, caught up on the various websites I follow, and then got down to productivity.
I started cleaning my room. Now, you might think, "Oh cleaning your room! no biggie.". Not quite. By cleaning my room, I mean unpacking everything and organizing everything. I have my three paper bags marked Keep, Donate, and Trash. I moved my dresser out of my closet and into my room so that I will actually use it, and I did a load of laundry. My room currently is still a mess because it always works that way when I try to organize it. I've gotten rid of at least two bags of clothes and have one bag of trash. I feel accomplished. I leave for my seven hour shift at work in fifteen minutes and then when I get home I will be working on my room more and studying for my Japanese test that is tomorrow.
Random fact: Yesterday I organized all of my worship music.
Woo! *takes a breath* So yeah! I should grab something to eat and then head!

Have a wonderful Labor Day interwebz

    Just keep swimming

    Hey there!

I'm sorry that I haven't been posting very much on this blog. I just caught up with my posts on my other blog. I got up for my 8am class this morning and dragged myself there. In the coming days and weeks I will be experiencing living death. So exciting! Despite that I have managed to keep a good attitude so far. I missed class last week because I slept through my alarm so I didn't know about our assignment. The three people that didn't do it (including me) were thoroughly chewed out. Our teacher can be pretty harsh at times. While the other people in my class were participating in the activity, I revised my cover letter and turned it in again. When class was ending, I went up to talk to my teacher and just honestly told her straight out what was going on. For about a minute she softened and I could tell that she cares. I told her that I was pretty much terrified of graduation and I had been lying to myself. She told me that everyone was at some point or another and it is to be expected but graduation isn't half as terrifying as her if I don't get my work in. Touche. lol
I headed home and cleaned my room. I have found that my mother was right when she said a cluttered room presses on your brain when you are trying to concentrate on things. My room is clean now and I feel like I can breathe.
I have many things to work on today. I have a four page research paper that was due five weeks ago. Don't judge me. I also have a resume to put together, a web banner to finish, and a 3 page descriptive essay. So off I go.
If you click this picture it moves... :P

    Just keep swimming interwebz :)

    Goals for daily life

I was talking to Sephre and we decided we need to get our act together. Stop letting ourselves waste our energy and make an effort to improve. So here are my goals. These are the things I need to do.

    1. Go to bed by 12
    2. Get up by 8 even if I don't have a class
    3. Eat three meals a day (not all at once). This has to be real food not junk food and it has to be balanced.
    4. Exercise every day and get a good workout.
    5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (hopefully more) and cut down on my sugar intake.
    6. Read my Bible every day.
    7. Once I get all of my stuff organized, keep it that way.
A more general goal would be to get my homework done before doing anything fun.

    Fighitng interwebz!

    Exactly a week

So it has been exactly a week since I last posted! How time flies!  I had a good break filled with trying to catch up with my Advanced Typography class, hanging out with friends that were home from college and just kind of lazing around. My parents 25th anniversary was yesterday so they got back on Monday from a week and a half trip. I had the whole house to myself.  It was nice. It was empty. It was quiet. I was glad when they came home though.
I am here at school again. I managed to go to my class that starts in two months.... lol. I have decided that after I graduate this spring I want to go back to college and get a bachelors degree.  My major would be English.  I really hope this works out and I am super excited to try living away from home and being completely responsible for myself. I figured, hey, I'm almost 20. I should know these things.
I still am having trouble getting to sleep at a decent hour so the past few nights activities include cleaning my entire room and then going to bed at 2, doing a load of laundry and a load of dishes and going to bed at 1:30.  Yes I have a messed up sleep schedule.
In other news I am taking Personal Finance this semester and I want it to leave.  I am pretty sure that this class is not meant for my age group. In the welcome audio clip online she started off with:
"Whether you are saving for your first house, or saving for your kids education, or retirement......."
I was like....uh.... I'm 19. I don't have kids. I'm not saving for a house and I am no where close to retiring.

    It should be interesting.

I should be getting back to homework interwebz
