This morning I wanted to just get in my truck and keep driving until I wasn't anymore. I felt like I didn't have anything to bring into life. I was discouraged and stressed about my quarter inch thick stack of Japanese homework and the final that I may or may not be taking tonight.
But I wanted to do my duty to the world. I wanted to appear okay. I wanted to keep my mom from crying because I told her she hurt my feelings. I didn't want anything to be my fault, yet I wanted to take care of what I knew was.
So I went to school. I chatted with my friends. I took my Japanese test and got into my truck again. I started driving home but decided to once again stop at the oriental market that I pass everyday that way. I didn't buy my usual banana milk. I didn't even by a coffee drink. I wanted something refreshing, something that would renew any energy I had left. The cool, simple liquid was refreshing and I felt just a tiny bit better.
But I didn't want to go home yet. I knew I needed something to get my head together. My thoughts were entirely too jumbled to accomplish anything quite yet. I found myself in my church parking lot. Maybe I would go for a walk. No, I needed to work on that pile of homework.
"Hey is it okay if I hang out in the sanctuary and just work on homework for a bit?" Our receptionist looked a little confused. "Sure but we leave at four."
I told her not to worry I would make sure to not be there that long and quietly went in. It was almost silent with no distractions. Only the small clinking noises and the sound of quiet movement could be heard from the lady cleaning up from a brunch or something that had taken place earlier.
I got three pages of homework done, consumed two chocolate cake-pops thanks to the lady and organized my entire Japanese folder. My spirits were a little higher.
I began driving home a little after three thirty pm. I still didn't really want to go home but I knew that I still had stuff to do.
But I saw a kid from our youthgroup walking along the side of the road. I knew it was kind of cold out. I knew he wasn't a jerk and I knew he doesn't drive. So I made a quick U-turn and pulled into a side street as he was about to cross. "Do you need a ride?"
"Yeah, that would be great."
So I drove him the opposite way I was going, to his house. He was pretty happy and I managed to keep the conversation going for once. It's not like he had a problem with that either though. He went inside and I headed home.
And it was then that I realized. I felt refreshed. No, it wasn't a magical "Oh, I'm so happy now and I can all these things lalalalala." I just knew somehow that I was stronger and I had been hanging out with my bestie all day long.
So thanks God for hanging out with me. I know you'll never leave me but I kinda feel like I lock myself away from you sometimes without even meaning to.
So, again tomorrow?

You could say that I am a normal girl but that is only true in some senses. True, I am not famous or wildly experienced in anything but I am by no means normal. :P I'm sure you will see this through my posts. I won't be posting regularly but I plan to use my blog as a mixture of a journal and a place to put my poetry. Yes, I write poetry. Most people don't get to see it though so this is why people I know dont really get to see this place. I'm looking forwards to what may happen with this.

YouTube. Now with a free slap back to reality.
"People are always talking about how they want to get to know God. You people don’t want to get to know God! God is horrifying! God will screw you up! He will turn everything on its head. He’ll make all your leasts your greatests and your greatests your leasts! He will make you come to grips with the reality that you aren’t in control of anything! ANYTHING! You won’t even be in control of your own spiritual highs. So you out there, you better think twice before you say you want to know God. God might be love, but love is terrifying."
-Jordan/blimeycow
While the videos on blimeycow's channel tend to be sarcastic, this section of the video entitled "Get to Know God" stood out to me. I actually agree for the most part.
Being a Christian, getting to know God, having a relationship with Him, isn't all fun and games. It isn't always a happy-go-lucky venture. Being a Christian is more than just doing "Christian things" or being a good person. It's not telling everyone Jesus loves them, or winning theological debates.
Being a Christian really is giving up your life for God and letting Him fulfill His plan in your life. That doesn't mean that you have to be miserable, or that you have to go be a missionary in some foreign country. God has a different plan for everyone. That being said, it's His plan and not ours.
We naturally want lots of cool stuff, and friends, and to have everything work the way we want it to in life. God can see the bigger picture. While it may not be pleasant now, or what we want, or what we think is good for us, it is what's best, because He's God, and He loves us.
So yes, He will change your life. He will turn everything you thought you had under control on it's head. Your desires and goals will be completely in His hands. You will have to come to grips with the fact that, by getting to know God, you have to let go of control. Of everything. Because "being a Christian" isn't about us. It's about God.
Isn't love terrifying interwebz?

I'm in New York!
Hellooooooooo
I got on my flight and ended up sitting inbetween two business men. One smelled of onions and sweat and boiled eggs. I didn't know which one but I did my best to go to sleep despite being in the middle. I only got one or two hours of sleep last night and so I was super wiped out. I was glad to get off of the plane either way. I waited for a few minutes for Bob and Lysa and then was tackle hugged by Bob. We got on the bus and then the train and then we got to Bob's apartment! She made orange chicken and rice and we are watching Juno. We are probably going to crash soon. Bob works early tomorrow and Lysa and I are going to go pick up the tickets for the concert!
I'mma letchu go cause I didn't bring my computer and I'm on Bob's

Panda should be packing...
Ello
I really should be packing right now or pumping out the outline for my informative speech but I wanted to fill you in. After school tomorrow, I am leaving for NYC! That's right! I get to go back to New York! Lysa and I get to go to a free Kpop concert and we are soooo beyond excited! I went shopping at the mall today with Yumi and got purple fishnets (to be worn tastefully of course) and bow hairclips! I managed to not buy any clothes or shoes! (quite a feat) We also got bubble tea and popcorn. :D
The outline for my informative speech is due the day I get back from NY and I won't be in class so I'm hoping to do it yet tonight so I can turn it in early. I suppose I shouldn't have gone to the mall today and done that instead but.....I had to.be irrisponsible and go spend money It was a blast. :D

Pastels& Neons, Mopeds & Semis
Hey there!
I know it's been a bit since I've posted again but that is just because I've been rather busy. When I have had the time to blog I was to tired or lazy. :P
School is running along in it's timely way. It's not quite sprinting yet but it keeps me on my toes. I had a test every day last week except for one and gave my first speech. I've been working a fair amount too.
I was driving home from school and saw a guy on a neon green moped wearing a pastel multi-colored shirt with a semi truck following closely behind. For some reason this entertained me.
I actually have to go to school now but I will try to fill you in soon!
Off I go interwebz!

Mornin
Hello there.
I'm here at school. When I don't need to be. Cause I don't have my 8am class today. But I thought I did. So.... I came. :P
I forgot I was writing this post when I got distracted by facebook. It's been an hour. I should get off of the computer. I'm going to go find some hot water and eat my oatmeal that I brought and drink my hot chocolate :P. Yum.
I have class at 1pm since I withdrew from chemistry, (more on that later) so I have a ton of time to do homework and just whatever. I might find those piano rooms they have here and play around. :) It would be good to do that.
First comes food!

I was so happy when you smiled
Your smile breaks through the clouds of grey
Far from the sunny days that lie in sleep
Waiting with patience for the spring
When the flowers will bloom renewed again
Knowing there's more beyond the pain of today
Although the scars of yesterday remain
You can keep on living as much as your heart believes
You can't be born again
All though you can change
Let's stay together always
Your smile breaks through the clouds of grey
Far from the sunny days that lie in sleep
Waiting with patience for the spring
When the flowers will bloom renewed again
Knowing there's more beyond the pain of today
Although the scars of yesterday remain

Echos in my mind
Saturday
I woke up at a decent hour and set upon the task of cleaning my room. I ate breakfast first and then got down to it. I didn't finish but I did make good progress. Daddy was washing the cobwebs out of our entryway outside and so I ran outside to get him since we had planned to watch a movie together before I headed off to work. We weren't able to finish it but I found out yesterday (Sunday) that he bought it. I guess I will get to see the end! I went to work and, while it was slow, it was a fairly good shift. After work I ran home and threw my Japanese homework in my backpack along with a change of clothes and drove to the college that I want to go to. My bff/sissy St. goes there! I hadn't seen her in around 6 months!!! It was a much needed reunion. :) We stayed up until 4am catching up on what's been going on with life and then we went to bed.
Sunday
We were up at 7:45am to go with two of her friends to a church near by.
The sermon was on healing and both St. and I found it very interesting. It made for good conversation later.
When we got back to campus, we both went to the "best meal of the week", Sunday brunch. I'm pretty sure I ate more than I had in the two days before it put together! I was so full. St. had to work after that so we went back to her dorm and I took a two hour nap until she got back.
She took me on a tour of a gorgeous old building there and I attempted to play her the song I've been working on on the piano. I only have parts of it memorized though so, after a bit, I reverted to the few worship songs I know the chords too. She showed me the rest of the building and it was a really great time.
We ran outside to hear someone playing trumpet and both tried to keep down our giggles as we stood underneath the window it was escaping from. It was very pretty. We then skipped back to her dorm and started dinner. While it was cooking, we worked on our homework. I got one page of Japanese homework done and that was it. We had rice and Buffalo chicken for dinner. The dried/candied pineapple she had was an amazing dessert.
After finishing eating, we decided to go on another adventure since it was dark out. I found that I had indeed brought my book of piano music with me and so we went back to the building with the grand piano and I played it for her three times. We decided to record it the fourth time but my arms were already tired from playing it the first three times (it's 14 pages long) and I was nervous since I knew I was taping myself. I ended up making a lot of mistakes... :( Hopefully someday I will play it well without mistakes.
I had to head home after that but as we once again ran out of that building we heard someone playing piano. It was coming from a window fairly close to the one that had been releasing the trumpet before and we stood under it. When they came to a stopping point we clapped and then ran off giggling again.
We were both sad to say goodbye but I plan to make it a point to see her more often this semester. She is a very dear friend and I need to see her more. <3
When I got home, my parents were watching a movie. I ran upstairs and showered while they were still awake. (My shower is right next to their room and so it wakes them up.) They were both upstairs when I got out so I said goodnight to my daddy and then was pulled into conversation with my momma. :) It was a good conversation. She told me to go to bed when I was practically nodding off in the middle of it though. I showed her a few good songs that I feel relate to me right now and then climbed in bed. I set my alarm on my phone and realized that it was just a few more minutes to midnight and Lysa's birthday. I posted on her wall at midnight (woop I got first post. I win.) and then went to sleep.
Monday (today)
I woke up at 6:40 instead of 6 like my alarm was supposed to tell me to. I slid out of bed in a rushed, but not in the least willing way. Got dressed. Throwing my stuff into my bag, I ran downstairs and hopped in the truck to drive to school.
My 8am class was a blur. Like....a fuzzy blur. I was having a really hard time staying awake. For my hour break I came up here and sat on facebook until it was time for Chemistry. Chemistry was terrifying and not in a happy way. Math + Struggling to stay awake = desire to drop the class. I need to call the college I want to go to and talk with them about that. (I already took a lab science but they didn't accept it)
I am now on my two hour break before Japanese, still struggling to stay awake. I'm not awake enough to accomplish homework and there is no place to take a nap so.... I just have to grin and bear it while trying to keep myself awake without caffeine. You see, since I woke up late, I have no food or drink. I refuse to spend a riridiculous amount for something that won't make that much difference. I'll eat when I get home.
I've had....a luna bar. *shrugs* It's something.
I'm currently using loud music and blogging to keep myself awake. I still have the loud music but now I no longer have blogging because this post has come to an end.

You' Got the Keys ;)
They say we're all in the pursuit of happiness
A life so fabulous so we fight for what's ours like an activist
the struggles here we can find across the atlas
and it all started when Adam gave up his own palace
now the earth waits for it's rightful owner
2,000 years ago the second Adam told us
the kingdom is at hand, died for the sins of man
just so he could bring us back to his original plan
where we rule over the land, meet every demand
while nature awaits for us kings to take a stand
so we need to understand we can change our circumstances
the kingdom is in us so we choose when to advance
[Chorus]
You got the keys inside this kingdom,
lift up your head it's only begun,
keep holding on and you'll see the son
everybody sing it now everybody sing it now
[Chorus again]
Ooooooh ooooh oh
ooooooh oh ooh oh oooh
I heard you say that you would die for me, gladly give
your life for me, cry for me, all so I could call you
when I'm so in need of promises you've spoken, my
heart was always broken cause you gave the keys
to life but in my pride I had them stolen, you say that
you redeem us and bring us to a place where we can see
the keys can never be stolen they just misplaced and
so we rise from the ashes, stand for the masses,
[ Find more Lyrics on http://mp3lyrics.org/qLvS ]
proclaim that victory is ours, and so
we never give up even though times get hard to
understand, it's never enough for us to sit back
and hope he has a plan we gotta stand up and face the cold
with boldness that is focused on the fact we got the keys
so just believe there's nothing closed
Yeah......
And it's all because
[Chorus]
You got the keys inside this kingdom,
lift up your head it's only begun,
keep holding on and you'll see the son
everybody sing it now everybody sing it now
[Chorus]
We ain't never givin’ up the keys
No, never givin’ up
We ain't never givin’ up the keys
No, we ain't never, No, we ain't never No
So many promises you gave,
and we just turned and walked away
but now I see the price you paid
was enough for us to live
VICTORIOUS!
Yeah, yeah, victorious yeah,
Yeah, yeah, victorious yeah,
You got the keys inside this kingdom,
lift up your head it's only begun,
keep holding on and you'll see the son
everybody sing it now everybody sing it now

Hello there.......if you still even read my blog.
Today I woke up early to go to school again. The drive was much much better than my first day of school considering there was no stop and go traffic. This may be due to the fact that I left 20 minutes earlier. I arrived at school and didn't have trouble finding a spot. I browsed the internet on my phone for the half hour I had to spare before my class.
Public speaking is still terrifying to me but it is going well and I'm enjoying it kind of. Today we had to get up and stand in front of the class to introduce ourselves. Our full name, major, and what animal or vegetable we would be and why. I chose a pheonix even though it doesn't actually exist because they rise from the ashes and I find that really inspiring.
I've always loved pheonixs.
After class I went up to the computer lab to sort out my online stuff. You see, last night when I tried to log in to the online website for homework it wouldn't let me in. I found out that they changed the email system since last time I went here and so I needed to just log in to that. I'm all set up now and have read all of the material for Chemistry and taken my short lab safety quiz.
I got assigned my first homework sheet for that today so I'll probably do it tonight some time. It isn't due until next Friday.
My next class is Japanese at 1pm. I have a two hour break between Chemistry and Japanese. And! I fail at spelling chemistry every time. I always have to backspace and make my e an i. I shall prevail! lol
I love Japanese class even though it is hard. I hope to make at least a few friends there. I mean, come on, we have similar interests! :)
I suppose I should eat something. Sorry I'm rambling now haha. I didn't eat breakfast and it's already 11:56. Pretty close to lunch time if I do say so myself and I rather not be embarrassed by my stomach making loud suggestions in class.
I've been hanging out on here and Polyvore....LtC, YouTube, my writing website, facebook....Yup. Well, and doing my homework of course. ;)
Today has been a fairly good day so far. I'm super tired and hungry but hopefully I will be able to pick myself up a bit and get lots done when I get home cleaning wise. I know my mom would love to see my room clean some time soon.
Until later interwebz,
-Melina Rose

Hajimemashite.
Today was my first day of school at my new (community) college. I left my house at twenty to seven with a piece of toast and started out on my way to school. I stopped in at Caribou and got a small iced coffee with caramel in it before continuing on my way.
It was stop and go traffic so I got a good leg work-out with the clutch being such an active part of my drive. It was quite stressful but I wasn't unhappy. I got to school and had to go to the side parking lot to find a spot. Up a flight of stairs and all the way across the large building and I made it to my Public Speaking class two minutes late. He hadn't started yet. My heart was pounding from the stress and effort of carting my large backpack across the entire college.
An hour later and we were released. I ran and got my student ID number and then got my student ID card before going back across the campus to my Chemistry class. It is a very full class and honestly terrifying. I talked with a girl in that class a bit. Maybe we will be friends.
I had a two hour break before my next class so I went and found a spot by my classroom to eat my bento box lunch. Peanut butter sandwich cut into dinosaur shapes, green grapes, a strawberry and salad. I filled in all of the scheduling information from my syllabuses into my planner which took forever. After trying not to fall asleep for half an hour or so I went into the classroom. Class was exciting but intimidating. I had a hard time understanding the teacher but I have wanted to take Japanese for so long that my enthusiasm overwhelmed any feelings of apprehension.
Class ended and I went downstairs to pick up my textbooks. After picking them up, I walked to my truck and drove home where I promptly climbed into my bed with my laptop.
I don't have much homework assigned yet so I'm not worried.
I came downstairs after almost falling asleep sitting up and ate some mashed potatoes with cheese and chicken that my dad had made. The tv was on and we watched America's got Talent and after eating a bowl of cocoa krispies the show switched to American Ninja Warrior.
It is now 10:30 and I am more tired than I would have thought I would be.
I think I shall go to bed interwebz.

Someday
Someday, in my made up future, I will wake up to the birds singing and the sunlight streaming through my window. Smiling, I will slip out from between my covers and stretch, fingers towards the ceiling, before walking into the kitchen. I will make myself a delicious, healthy, breakfast and eat it outside in the morning air. After putting the dishes away, getting dressed and pulling my hair back, I will go and sit down at my deep, black, grand piano and let all of my thoughts and feelings flow out of my fingertips until they echo in the air.
Maybe I will laugh, a smile on my face. Maybe I will cry, tears escaping with each note.
And after I'm done, and there is nothing left to be said, I will close that gorgeous piano back up. I will close the doors to the room where the emotions still hover thick in the air, and I will step into the breathtaking sunshine. Eyes closed, I will listen, waiting for your response.

Garage Saling in Illinois!
Today Sephre and my great aunt drove to Illinois to go to a giant mass of garage sales with some other family of mine. It was superbly awesome! I slept the hour drive there and thankfully it wasn't raining. Sephre and I went off to do some adventuring and found some amazing deals. I got two, antique, leather suitcases for $10, a cute shirt, bracelet and earring for $3 and a Stir Crazy popcorn maker for $3. Don't tell my mom about that last one. It's her birthday present! She has been looking for a Stir Crazy for forever! :D
I was going to tell you more but I got distracted answering over 70 notifications and their corresponding 30 emails from facebook. I decided to go through my friend list and write on all the girl's walls just trying to encourage them and make them feel special. I didn't really think about the replies.... haha. Facebook should have an anon option! lol
I have to go get ready for work now! I work 6-c to learn their closing stuff here.
Bye bye interwebz :)

Sorry to leave you on that note...
Also, sorry I haven't posted in a few days. I've been busy :)
Shoutout to Bob for giving me great advice regarding my "Thought overload" post. Thank you for being a great woman who shares my values and doesn't fail to remind me of them. :)
I am no longer worrying about those things (for now :P ) and am much happier.
To Ashley: If you want to know what is going on feel free to email me :)

You always make me feel so cared about when you comment on my posts. I'm sorry I haven't been on much. I hope to get back to reading your posts soon...
I did end up going for a walk that day :P It was raining, thundering, lightening and very windy but I was bound and determined to go for a walk. I needed an escape from my thoughts (or maybe into them) more than ever that day. I came back not drenched, but wet after walking less than half of my normal distance.
Sephre and I have been up to our usual shenanigans. We have done two photoshoots and they were both awesome. The first one was {Black} which happened to be freezing cold! The second one {White} was burning hot! We just couldn't win! lol
I will have to post more later but for now I need to actually go to bed. I drive Sephre to nannying tomorrow early and it is already ten 'till two in the morning!
I fly back home for the weekend today interwebz :)

The lightening was blinding
I woke up at 9:40am and started getting ready for church. It was almost 90 degrees outside today so I wore my new sundress! I love that dress. It was super windy as well and Sephre and I commented on being slapped in the face by our hair. lol We got to church while they were singing. I didn't know most of the songs but I didn't expect it to be like my church back home so it was okay. I miss my church though. The sermon was really good. It was about how God uses our weaknesses to show His power. Since we have a lot of weaknesses it's all the more opportunity for Him! :P
After church, Sephre and I went back to the house and made Seshuan (spelling?) beef and rice. It was really good! After that we went to get coffee and brought our drinks to a park. It was really really windy so it was actually hard to walk around the lake/pond! After that we drove around for a bit looking at different abandoned houses.
Sephre had to be at work at 4pm so we went back to her house and her boyfriend picked us up and drove her to work. After we dropped her off, he drove us to Milwaukee while showing me different music from bands like Protest the Hero and Breaking Benjamin. We walked around the mall for a while once we got there. We found some funny books and commented on various dumb ads. Then he took me to Stir Crazy which is this really good Japanese restaurant! I had never been there before! We went back to Sephre's house (currently mine too) and realized that we would have to pick her up from work since we brought her there. We decided to hang out at his house but found out the power was down. There was power at Sephre's house so he grabbed his PS3 and some games and headed back over to Sephre's house. He set up the Wii for me and realized he forgot the cables he needed for the PS3. We watched an episode of an anime and watched fail/owned videos on YouTube until it was time to pick up Sephre.
It was raining really hard and the lightening was so bright that it gave us headaches after blinding us! We got to Caribou and gave one of her co-workers a ride to her car so she wouldn't get soaked. Sephre brought us drinks! I got a milk chocolate hot chocolate! We drove back to the house and Saul (Sephre's boyfriend) packed up his stuff and went home. After cleaning up the kitchen a bit I went upstairs and climbed into bed. I fell asleep almost as soon as I stopped texting people.
I didn't feel so great interwebz...

I took a walk
I took a walk down a long long road
I passed an old abandoned home
My shoes, they squished the sodden earth
I found a creek gurgling in mirth
I found two quarters on my way back
I smelled lilacs as I continued my trek
The clouds lit up with golden light
and I couldn't help but smile to voice my delight
The pinks and purples were hidden from view
as I turned the corner to return to you

Friday (the 20th)
I woke up at 6am and couldn't go back to sleep even though I didn't need to be up until 8am. I laid in bed for a while and then started getting ready to leave for my interview. Sephre had to leave for nannying but told me to come over before my interview since I had plenty of time. After I was ready, I headed over and hung out with her and the two little girls I will be nannying as well. We had blueberry pancakes for breakfast and then I headed on over to my interview.
I had to park a fair distance away but it wasn't to bad since I didn't have to pay for parking and I brought an extra pair of shoes to walk in. There was not way I was going to walk that far in 4 inch heels. Haha. I got to my interview and it went really well. They can't offer me full time so she told me to find a job that will work with their hours and call her on Friday.
I headed back to the house and changed into shorts and a t-shirt after hanging up my pencil skirt and blouse. I ran downstairs and grabbed a snack and then went back to the house where Sephre was. We/she put them down for their nap and I crashed on the couch while she read a book. Nap time was over shortly and we played hide-and-go-seek and watched tv. We had cleaned up when they went down for their nap (mostly Sephre) so we didn't want to get it messy again. We brought out the playdough and not to much later the mom got home. I made a playdough bunny and Sephre made a playdough kitty.
We went back to the house and she showed me how to use her tablet and Mac to draw pictures in photoshop. She left for work and I sat there until around 7pm just drawing and drawing and drawing. It was great. I ran downstairs and grabbed some steak and potato casserole that was left over and after eating it, went back to drawing and chatting with people online.
That is where Sephre found me at 12am when she got home from work. :P
We then worked on our vlog that we have started. If you want to know what it is just ask me but I'm not going to post it here. I might later but it is to be decided. :P
I ended up going to bed at 3:30am after reading my Bible a bit.

Almost Packed
I woke up around ten this morning and checked my phone for any messages. I had a message from Sephre and from Bree. I texted Bree for a bit and also chatted with Sephre. After that I took a shower, got dressed, did makeup, the usual. The bane of my existence decided to grace me with its presence today. Go away. *pouts* Anyway, I drank one of my parents protein drinks and got down to the packing. Pretty much I now have everything packed except for toiletries, accessories, and a few electronics I will use before tomorrow morning. Currently totaling 3 large purple bins, 1 storage cube, 1 folding butterfly chair, 1 bagged stack of clothes and a partially packed suitcase.
That is a ton of stuff and that isn't even all of it! Geez...
I leave now to pick up Mnonaa and then pick up Bob. Then we head to Bree's house to meet up to go to youth group and then meet up with other people after. Not sure how I'm going to be home by ten to finish prepping but I'll manage somehow...
Off I go interwebz :)

pEAches
Today was great.
I woke up and I really don't remember what I did right away. I know I ate some food with my mom while watching an episode of What Not to Wear. We call it what you should not wear :P After that I took a mini-shower and got ready for the day. I believe I called Bob (who is back in town!) and she said she was at Aldi so I went and met her there since I needed to go there in the first place for road-trip snackfoodz. I got Yogurt covered raisins, Trail mix, Strawberry fruit roll ups, Cherry fruit roll ups, Two juice drinks, and a Pineapple. I went back home and unloaded the things and then ran to the bank and withdrew money to pay my teacher for printing my portfolio. $64 seems expensive to me.... Bob's house was on the way back so I stopped in to see if I could kidnap her. We watched a little bit of Make it or Break It and then one of her younger sister's friends came over and we talked for a bit. I had stuff to do so I said I needed to get going and left (without Bob :/ )
I headed home and quick stuffed the cash in an envelope to bring to school. After leaving the money by my teacher's computer in her office and telling her that it was there, I headed to Target to double check some pricing on the clothes I bought yesterday. (Someone said they might be cheaper today.) The shorts hadn't gone on sale but the top was cheaper. Unfortunately they didn't have my size so I didn't get it cheaper. I put that stuff back in the truck and then went in and bought mascara and hangers. Green hangers :D I headed home after that and ate something (though I don't remember what.) I managed to pack up my books I'm bringing to WI and I found some almost brand new blank notebooks! Colorful ones!
It was time to leave so I went and picked up Bree and headed to church for my last worship practice until August. It's small group night tomorrow so no actual music. We just worked on songs that are new to us. It went well. :) Afterwords we went downstairs to find the red ball we (Bree,Tallkid, and Aimee) played with the week before. We found a chalk wall and found a purple basketball as well as two others. Aimee said that the blue one was her child and we had fun throwing them at each other. There was a Bible study a few rooms away that we didn't want to disturb so we went to the big room and looked around. We found Hungry Hippos and I was convinced to play one game. After that we went outside because we were still being loud. We played with a few little kids and I "raced" a little boy.
Bree needed coffee for some energy so we all piled into Tallkid's car and drove to Caribou. I got a caramel cooler. Bree got a chocolate one and Aimee got some kind of iced coffee. We drove over to Target after getting coffee because Bree, Aimee and I needed to get some things for small group tomorrow. It was a blast :D I'm pretty sure that we would have been kicked out if we didn't have a cart full of stuff that we were going to buy. Nothing terrible but we were just being loud and hyper. (This is what coffee and sugar do to you.) We bought the stuff and headed to my favorite field to hang out and be as loud as we wanted. We were all pretty hyper except for Tallkid so there was much laughter involved. He was eating dried peaches so for some reason we just started saying peaches to any question we would ask. Twas fun and funny :D Bree and Aimee had to go home so we bid Aimee fairwell since she lived close to the field and just walked home. We drove to Bree's house and petted the kitties for a while and then Tallkid drove me back to church where my truck had been left. He gave me a surprise present! A cool CD with symphony/piano/screamo music and eventually the book of piano sheet music! :D
I've had a really fun night and am super tired but I have to keep packing. Another bin needs to be filled today!
Until later interwebz! PEACHES

More snow? *sigh*
We are supposed to get 18 inches of snow today. It is beautiful and I am entirely sick of it. Thankfully, today is presidents day and I don't have classes. I was thoroughly surprised and it made me very happy since it could not have been better timing. If you have been reading my other blog, you will know that I have recently become sick. I still have a nasty cough but the pain in my muscles has gone down quite a bit.
Last night my dad was going to make hot chocolate. His is the best I have ever had. I was sooo excited, but then he didn't; because I am sick. It was very thoughtful of him but I was very sad.
I got my hair cut! lol Yes, this is a wonderful event in my life. I have been saving!
My mom just snuck up behind me and went "rawrawrawr" in my ear. I jumped pretty high in the air while saying "Whoa!" quite loudly. LOL She ran away with a big grin on her face. I proceeded to tell her that she should be thankful that she didn't get hurt! lol (I tend to automatically react violently to being scared. I don't do it on purpose.) She told me that is why she didn't bite my ear. HAHAHAHAHA Oh how I love my parents. :D We are so weird. :P
I have been talking to people whose blogs I follow lately. Who knew you could make good friends with people that you have never met? :D I am glad to have them as friends :) Yay for finding people with common interests to make friends with :P
I should finish up my lunch. I'm eating glorified chicken and brown rice and drinking black coffee. Haha It is weird having two blogs. I normally included some of the stuff that I include on my other blog here but now that I put it on there I don't as much here because it is repetitive. Did that sentence even make sense? haha
I'm going to finish eating interwebz
